Proclamation of the winners in the provincial level in Iloilo is hanging due to the delays in the transmission of election results at the provincial board of canvassers here.

The canvassing of votes has been temporarily stopped Tuesdayevening because of the problem in the transmission of ERs from the towns of Alimodian, Barotac Nuevo, Dumangas, Lambunao, San Enrique, San Joaquin and Sta. Barbara and the component city of Paasi.
