Seventeen students of the Technical Institute of Iloilo City (TIIC) Molo campus received toolkits from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda).

The toolkits are for appliance repair, automotive servicing and welding.

“We are thankful to TESDA for the continuous help in our technical-vocational courses at TIIC especially in improving the training capacities of students,” Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog said.

He said it will enhance the technical-vocational skills of the students and make them prime candidates for both local and overseas employment when they finish their respective courses.
