Set for groundbreaking is the Circumferential Road in Brgy. Culasi, Roxas City, which was conceptualized by the late Capiz first district Congressman Gerardo Roxas, Jr. and realized by Congressman Antonio del Rosario of the same congressional district.
An initial amount of P300-Million out of the P700-million allotted for the project, has been released. The road connects Brgy. Culasi to other city villages of Baybay, Libas, Dayao, Lawaan and Balijuagan and is expected to ease traffic in Roxas City and boost economic activity in Capiz.
Also scheduled for groundbreaking is the P39-million-worth Sigma Bridge in Sigma, Capiz.
