HOPELESS DAD KILLS SELF: Man commits suicide after child said 'no' to wedding plans

His child did not want him to marry his live-in partner, so a father took his own life.

The victim is Bernard Angolo, 49, of Ladrido St., Pototan, Iloilo.

According to Senior Insp. Lorenez Losaria, chief of the Pototan Municipal Police Station, Bernard was already hanging at their house’s window when his 14-year-old child found him.

It was believed that he drank poison before hanging himself because a pesticide was seen beside him.

According to initial investigation, the victim felt bad towards his child when the latter did not agree to his plan of marrying his live-in partner.*bomboradyo.com
